How to Get to Your Assessment

There are two main ways to reach your assessment, and both work. Your instructor added you using one email address, so use that address for everything.

Option 1: The link in your email (no account needed)

1. Look for an email from LASSO System (reminder@lassoeducation.org) titled Assessment Reminder for LASSO. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
2. Click Take Assessment (or the link above it). Your assessment opens directly.

The link is personal to you. Do not share it.

Tip: If you are already signed in to LASSO, the link takes you to your Dashboard instead. Start the assessment from there (see Option 2).

Option 2: A LASSO student account

With an account, you can see all your assessments in one place, finish saved assessments, and see your reports.

1. Create a student account using the same email your instructor used. The Create Account button in your LASSO email is the easiest way.
2. Sign in at tools.lassoeducation.org.
3. On your Dashboard, click the assessment under Assessment Administration Dates. Or click Assessments in the left menu, click the arrow next to your course, and click Take Assessment.

Also possible: a link from your instructor

Your instructor may post a LASSO link in your course website. It takes you to the sign-in page; sign in with the account that uses your course email.
